I don't get it. Why is there a muffin in his mouth that he obviously didn't take out? He said it like all the singers in the world walk around with muffins in their mouths that they take out before going on stage. Then I would go "He sure didn't Ope" but this is more like a non sequitur than even an attempt at a joke.
I didn't know it was meat loaf but still.. there are so many fattening foods and as far as I know Meat Loaf never made a song about muffins or is known for liking muffins. He could've said hamburger or pizza or toblerone and it would be the same shitty joke.
