I think he's funny and likable. Some of his O&A appearances are hilarious. He just does so much to make you not like him at the same time.

I remember hearing LeMarcus Maroon talk about Louis CK complaining about how handsome Jay Mohr was, claiming Louis said that comedy "wasn't supposed to be for" good-looking people, and that he "just wanted to do Letterman before he's fat and bald". Looking at pictures of Jay from like 4 years ago... ooof. His head/body mass ratio is way out of wack. He looks like a midget that got stretched out vertically, with a huge head and weird facial features. I guess maybe in the early 90s he could have been considered handsome, but he had that "looks young for his age" look that can go really haywire when men reach their 40s.
