I genuinely like what he brings to the radio show but he is not really best at being the straight man (tss yeah kuz hez like a fagit asumpn) but better as the shit stirrer or "Little Stinker" role. Now that the dynamic of most of the shows is Jim doing weird old man/weird little boy things to annoy Sam, Sam is teft with no choice but to act as the force of order against his impish nature.
