I conducted my patented Tru-Quality™ test on each user to determine who has the most consistently upvoted comments. The Tru-Quality™ formula is as follows:

Keep in mind that /u/shmigshmog posted If this post reaches 100 upboats we become an Ester Ku themed subreddit which earned him 1521 karma for a single post, artificially inflating his Tru-Quality™ Rating, and u/CharlieSheenAids posted karma-whoring "<--- number of time [something funny] happened" style threads which were massively upvoted, inflating his numbers as well. These men are both frauds and their abuse of the Tru-Quality™ system only shows their lack of character.
Lastly, these are what I call the r/opieandanthony All-Stars™. They have consistently high quality comments and threads. This is an exclusive club that only the best of the best make it into.
