This whole article is an advertisement. He's a self help scam artist, and this is just a sales pitch. Notice how he doesn't mention his film which he self financed, was a massive commercial failure, so much so that he shut down his forum and website and went off the grid.
When his forum was up he would also ban anybody that mentioned O&A, which was an almost daily occurrence. He's not a guy that handles failure well.
He also failed as a publisher and had some issues with not paying writers, so it appears he's back to attempting to be a publisher again.
