Actually, it does but we're unlikely to see it any time soon.

For decades it was thought that the only copy of the tape was handed over to Chubbuck's family and (presumably) destroyed. Last year it was revealed that the station manager ran off his own copy, for whatever reason, and held onto it to the end of his life. When he croaked, his widow came into possession of the tape. It's currently being held, at her request, by an attorney. If I had to guess, I'd say she's looking for a payday before she releases it.
