They weren't even trying to make a good show for at least a year before Anthony was fired. He got fired right before his contract was up. His Time Square incident is so fishy. He was taking pictures of black hookers and the underside of bridges to test out his new camera? And Sirius just fired him over an email? And their whole apology clock was clearly the set up to the firing. Because then he get's fired, and looks like a hero for not apologizing. Anthony came out of that incident looking so good by his standards. He was a martyr for responsible gun owners, black crime, and people being fired for shit they said on Social media. Everything that he believed in. And got massive publicity for his podcast. 100% it was planned.
Depends. If you get it, then it's funny. If you don't, then it's not. I think age has a lot to do with it too. And level of time spent online. If you're in your early 20s and grew up on 4chan like me, then I think one would be more likely to find MDE funny. That being said, some of their shit sucks.
