From the outside it seems like they have it backwards. They are aiming their programming at the youth and especially young men. These people aren't going to pay for shit. What they should do is try to make very high quality shows for older people with money to burn. They should be more like NPR- as fucked up as that might sound. They should be making audio documentaries, reading audio books, wine tasting etc. And market that shit.
