I kinda feel bad for Trevor Noah. He wasn't established enough to be a great comic but hit a wave where CC was feeling overly white. CC should have went with someone more established or if they wanted a more international audience then go with Russel Peters.
If I had to guess, Russell Peters is too expensive. He's doing theaters internationally. They were looking for somebody cheap that they can groom to be the next non-white Jon Stewart.
