I loved The League, so I figured I'd check out his stuff, holy shit it was bad. As it turns out, his daddy is a billionaire with a shitload of connections, so he clearly had some wheels greased for him.
Lol yeah...that was awkward...Im sure everyone that works together so much grows to hate each other a little bit but it coming out from friggin John Mulaney against Nick Kroll on Sam + Jim is not something I would have expected to hear...weird
What? then why did Kroll not laugh and move on so quickly? Lol it didnt sound like a joke at all "lets get back to the act where we pretend to be like each other" is there some kind of context they left out?
I guess it looks a little more like a joke when you can see it, but I still think he was partially serious, ive heard him on podcasts and hes kind of a pretentious douche while kroll is more of the silly one

I think Mulaney was joking. I THINK.
He's tough to read. Like Tolstoy, or a tear stained love letter from Brother Joe to Donald Trump.

I hate Nick Kroll.

Me too, his show on Comedy Central was among the worst, unfunny pieces of shit I've ever seen.

When you watch the outtakes on the League DVDs you see Jason Mantzsoukis and Paul Scheer are the only two with real talent.

Scheer is such a shit actor

But he and Jason were the only ones who can come up with any funny improv'ed lines.

If you watch the video John has had enough of him. "Let's do our persona that we like each other." I may be a sensitive lil boy but that's what I saw.

this sounds like when you joke about hating someone you really hate a la Opie and Jimmy

This was super tough to figure out. That line was very awkward, but they seemed fine the rest of the show. I have no idea if this was serious or not.

The context of their faces. It's a joke.
1 sanfrancisco69er 2016-11-18
Their faces? In an audio clip? U sure about that?
1 JimPage83 2016-11-18
You don't understand. I can't be bothered to explain it. Have a good evening.
