I think Opie is kicking himself for not agreeing to appear on Ant's show before signing his new contract. It's clear that the chemistry between the two is as strong as ever, and now that they've finally aired out their dirty laundry their professional relationship could be healthier.

Had they figured this out a couple months ago they might have jumped back in bed together. Instead Opie signed and is now stuck in a shitty show at Sirius for another year.
