It's like Opie & Anthony light. Less gut-busting hilarity, but still funny. Less brilliant memorable bits, but a couple good ones per show. No solid core of comics, but pretty good interviews. No solid core of retards to make fun of, but D-bag is always there. I think if we went straight to Jim and Sam after Opie & Anthony we wouldn't be too thrilled with the quality of it, but coming off Opie & Jim this is a big upgrade.

It was because Anthony found the video with Cregg Schinkel in it to begin with and brought it to the show, also MC Serch, there must be a hell of a lot more but those are the ones I remember more recently off the top of my head.
Sam and Jim's show is very good, I just wish they had more people to play off, Tefft is great but I want Erock back, I want Roland, I want all these other voices in the room, the more people, the more potential for insults and recurring bits.
One of the main reasons I think O&A worked was because they were reacting against stuff, management, the media etc.
Anthony's show doesn't work because now it's politics based and he can't revolt against management in stupid silly ways, he is the management

I like it so much more than I expected to. I like that it's its own thing separate from O&A, but still taking place in that same universe. It's like Rogue One compared to the original Star Wars trilogy.
