Bobo can be fucking annoying but he's a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic, is a very easy target and is - basically - harmless. Only an asshole would feel the need to pick on him, any guy worth a shit would give him a break.
He also does the same with any of the people that O&A would grab to "bully".
I think he knows that comedians like Norton and himself making fun of those people is about as fair as Brock Lesnar beating up Betty White and that makes his Irish Catholic guilt and contrarianism throb like a cigar burn on a cheap prostitute's forearm.
Bobo is a fine man who can only think with 70% capacity so he never comes to the conclusion that he's annoying his friends and family which is understandable, considering alot of non retarded people never come to that conclusion. So I get it, there is a beautiful soul trapped in that lump of shit.
