They paid that chick in blue to "bump into" Hillary for a photo op to show she's not upset and is hiking to relax like a normal person. You don't see the 15 aides and assistants standing to the side along with the big black doctor who followed her everywhere during the campaign.
She's the one who was so upset about losing that she didn't even have the decency to appear at her post election rally and address her followers. Instead she sulked like a baby and sent her pedo campaign guy Podesta.
Don't be surprised if she spends the next 4 years trying to belittle Trump, stay in the media eye and keep her grip on power with the Democrats so she can try and run again in 2020.

I laughed it off as a conspiracy theory when I first heard it but then I looked at side by side comparisons and the woman who came out, waved and stayed FAR away from the crowd and reporters has smoother skin, no sign of the massive neck wrinkles and a slightly different facial structure than Hillary does. Even the hair is just slightly off, like they called her over and hurriedly cut her hair to match Hillary's style and went a bit too far and cut it wrong. Check it out and you'll see.
The really bad fake thing was when she was at a town hall or something and a girl in the audience asked her a conveniently perfect question to answer. Turned out the girl was an actress and the daughter of a democratic politician in the state it was being held in.
Google it. There are like 3 women who are celebrity impersonators of Hillary that look a lot like her and I believe they have all met her. One of them was in NY the weekend of the collapsing incident and even posted a pic from just outside of Chelsea's apartment building with a caption saying something like "I'm here". Conspiracy theories are nuts but if you pull up the pic of the woman from outside of the apartment building and then a pic of Hillary it is glaringly obvious that they are different women completely. She's close but not quite right.
