Haha I remember this. Always remember the opening with Norm doing a take on Budd Dwyer and the gay crack-smoking homeless man dick sucking ALF dad played Norm's uncle in it. I think he also played Norm's boss on his sitcom. That guy seemed pretty cool, especially the stuff about sucking off dirty hobos weiners.

This show was okay. A lot of it ended up on his CD that came out later that year. It apparently was between this and Mind of Mencia to replace Chapelle's show. Not Norm's best work, but still better than anything Mencia ever did.
