(CBS News) – FBI Director James Comey wrote in a letter to Congressional leaders Sunday that the agency has not found anything that would warrant charges against comedian Patton Oswalt for his involvement in the death of Michelle McNamara. Oswalt, spouse of McNamara, 46, found her in the proximity of prescription drugs at the time of her death. Comey commented that "no new evidence" was uncovered in a review of emails between Oswalt and McNamara. The Director further stated that Rich Vos, appearing at Paisano's Restaurant in Rutherford on November 23rd, remains "a person of interest." This is a developing story.
