Exactly, the few cases where women/girls were kidnapped and not killed within a 2 days- a week, they took years of abuse and earned trust over time to eventually escape. Or you somehow fight him off immediately and never end up in rape dungeon to begin with. If you end up in a cage and get all uppity on day 2, he's gonna kill you and not take the risk of getting caught.
We all owe a debt of gratitude to Gary Heidnik. Lock a few hoes down into a dry well and toss them some cold hot dogs every couple of days. He was a pioneer whose work should be studied and lauded.
