I have a different theory. Flimsy, but if I had to bet I'd put in on this: Anthony and Sue did not actually have sex, but they did "fool around". They probably got pretty friendly, but Ant backed out before anything severe happened because he couldn't quite get dear old dad's "pissy eyes fag!" out of his mind (as he made a point to mention in the video).

Typically, when people lie, they won't outright lie but instead divert/dodge/rephrase the question, because that's much easier to do convincingly. In the clip he says: "I just want to make it clear that I have never banged a tranny... and a tranny has never banged me", accompanied by nervous laughter (though nearly all his laughs on TACS sound like that). That's probably true, that he's never had sex with a tranny. But that doesn't mean he didn't have some fun with one.

I can't tell which one is Anthony on the WNEW days sometimes unless he says "lemme tell ya, Opie!" because of a hearing loss that conflates pitches. When Opie says something like "Let's get a burger, Anthony!" it helps as well.
