Jay says Bert said he could use it on stage.. when Bert was asked this, he wouldn't give it an answer, kinda implying that jay has just taken it.. Jay kinda flipped out at Bert for letting people label him a theif.. Apparently around this time, jay was reallt fucked and addicted to nightquill.. so who knows what he believes happened

Bert told Jay that he was uncomfortable with Jay doing the story and Jay swore he'd stop. Then he found out Jay did it in his Showtime special. Joe Rogan just pointed out to Bert that it was a shitty thing to do.
