You confused the second "they" with God knows what. The first "they", I clearly meant blacks and you got that one. Why would the second "they" be any different when I didn't introduce another noun into the equation?
They actually aren't. Hispanic and white millennial votes for Democrats are more than Obama had in early voting, but the black vote is down (especially in Florida.)
