Jim doing less characters

Has anyone noticed that Jim is doing even less of his characters now that he has his own show? I figured we would be getting more of them and new characters. Anyone think management has a hold on Jim now? He also sounds a little low energy as of late and you can hear it in his voice. I wonder if he has contracted hiv. It can make you feel very fatigued in the latent stages.

I havent kept up as much lately..but idk, to me it seems like he is permenently stuck as kirk sinnimin when he's on the radio these days
