Similar to how now Trump is blaming the election being rigged as a pre-emptive excuse when he loses. Even Romney was totally confident going into the election despite him having similar poll numbers to Trump.
Carly Fiorina is another complete failure like Trump and Brother Joe, though. So it figures that he'd link a video from her 2 months old while trying to prove a point in October of 2016.
