That's fine if he thinks it's weird but he can't get mad and say that he never told anyone that they couldn't do the other show because he literally told Doug that he couldn't do the other show that day.

What's this reach exactly? Opie said he didn't do something that he later admitted to doing. He calls it a "lie" then says "that's all I did, that's all it was". What it was was exactly the whole fucking thing. What kind of horseshit argument are you going for.
