1. Why does he think he deserved the morning show more than Jimmy? Isnt the thing he's accusing Jim of doing, exactly the thing he wanted to do to Jim? Pushing him off the show that is.

2. He still hasn't been confronted about the steamrolling of jokes, interrupting people, shouting loudly thinking it's funny, going to calls at inappropriate moments and not being able to take a joke about himself.
