The best trait Opie, Anthony, and Jimmy all share in common

Is their need to burn any professional bridge in order to "win" an argument in the court of internet approval.

Responsible grown-ups like Todd Pettengill and Scott Shannon may have problems behind the scenes, but when the public's listening they have nothing but nice things to say, people are just going their own ways, and everything's amicable. Imagine how many TV shows, radio shows, newscasts, etc have had serious friction but smile and praise each other once the cameras start rolling.

Emotional 12-year-old girls, on the other hand, are the type to take to snapchat and say they're no longer friends with Becca cause Becca made a bitchy comment about her hair. There's no sense of trying to diplomatically end anything because you might need their help down the line, just an immediate need to shame Becca and get the other kids at school to hate that cunt. This is exactly how Opie, Ant, and Jim operate: the second there's a issue between any 2 outta the 3, they all prepare their little cases as to why the other guy is the asshole and submit them for our judgement.

Opie could have gone social media silent while he negotiated his next contract, instead he posted vague aquatic-related videos and getting in little digs at Jimmy. Jimmy's got a "if you want to go there, it can get ugly" response and Ant's on his show knowing that rants against Opie get him the most attention.

If they all weren't so insecure and dependent on receiving our positive feedback, this whole situation would be a lot less fun. Kudos boys!
