After listening to the fight where esther ku was in studio, it's obvious opie is just a bitter, sad old man. he didn't understand his role was to just shut up and let jim and anthony carry the show. his ego made him think this means they didn't like him, plus all the personal stuff.
his resentment has led him to be one of the most awkward humans in existence. his recent behaviour can only be explained by years of built up stress.
don't jocktober this guy. he's a sad old man, he might hurt himself over it. plus i know its gonna be bad

Oh, gosh. I hate Opie as much as the next guy, but I certainly wish him no harm. I would feel awful if he would actually do anything to hurt himself....and I definitely wouldn't want to think we were responsible if he decided to suicide himself, leaving Lynsi all alone, raising Bam's kids.
But, having said that, I DO really like ice cream. So, after carefully considering both sides, I have to say, I'm ALL IN.

Lynsi wouldn't have to raise the kids alone, she would have her Dad. Lynsi's Dad always looked up to Opie because he was like a slightly older Brother.

Jocktobering opie would have zero effect on him. The most enraging part of him is his unbelievable level of confidence (and his big, fat tits). He would just look at it as a few "haters" hating on him while millions continue to love his show.

His facade of confidence is only there because he deeply deeply cares about what people think of him. He is always bringing up people who have said bad things about him, and then pretending their opinions don't matter and he doesn't care. Except he would be the one to bring it up, so it obviously bothered him badly.
He would always take Jocktober too far and make it awkward. Like instead of making jokes, he would interrupt Ant and Jim making Jokes to say things like "I don't even know who you are, how does that make you feel! Huh? I don't even know what your names are and I'll forget about you completely by tomorrow because your nobody and I'm famous AND I'M BETTER THAN YOU!"
Nobody deserves to be jocktobered more than Opie.

No, it would get to him, but I guarantee you that he would claim that he never heard it. Just like when Fez destroyed Opie towards the end of their show. That bit was huge & Opie claimed that he never heard it. You know God damn well he heard that shit at least a couple times.
