Guess it all depends about what the worm thinks about opie's Sirius deal. I think it's safe to say Jim and Sam thought he wasn't getting a contract.

There was never a real indication if Opie was or wasn't getting a contract and only retard speculation. Jim and Sam said they didn't know what he was doing and that they weren't even sure of all their own details. Anthony is the one that said Opie is done.
