At least he knows his role. It's better than Opie, who spent 20 years awkwardly trying to bring the funny too. All Jim really needs at this point is someone to play off of who's quick, and understands his humor.
Poor Jim made a dumb move. Sam has always stunk on the radio, and publicists will soon figure out they don't want clients on a show that sounds like bad college radio with a comedian guest host.
