for all i care Opie could be the most succesfull man in radio raking in hundreds of millions.

Hating Opie is fun for me. He truly is mindblowing terrible at what he does,has a below average IQ, is a liar, a narcissist and delusional beyond repair.

hearing him lieing, getting greggshells broken and being "betrayed" by everyone he ever worked with is the reason i visit this sub everyday.

If he just retires some people might feel some kind of satisfaction for a day or two but then its over johnny.

I see him as quite a classical American character, like a slightly more sociopathic/retarded Forrest Gump or Chauncey Gardner. Not only does he re-sign, but he got everyone to prematurely dance on his grave which is kind of amazing. Even if he gets cancelled after week 2 its still kind of a win.
