Anthony says he's "open to anything" in regards to working with Opie again. Opie replies "Well this just came out of left field..." Anthony replies "It's an odd business as you know. 'Never' rarely applies." Opie replies "HOLY SHIT! Bravo!" - If they make up, Lil Jimmycins will fold and start playing nice too. It'll be easier to manipulate Anthony, so whoever is subscribed to his shit show, call in and rile him up about Opie. We've waited far to long to watch O&A&J blow up. And now, when it's finally happening, these two old selfish fucks want to ruin it by letting go of their hatred for eachother and behaving like healthy minded adults. Fuck that.

This is why Anthony is still so hateable. He acts like he's built a fucking media empire and that Sirius would have to offer him more than his previous contract. But in reality he has fuck all subscribers and would take a 50% pay cut just to get a steady paycheck again. But these two years he acts all smug like nobody knows. Arrogant wop, his empire is doing so well he is willing to work with someone that he hates.

I have a feeling Anthony felt slighted by Jim or something like that. Why the sudden interest in Opie? When the caller today mentioned Ant, Jim said something like "we'd at least like to have him call in". That's a pretty lukewarm endorsement for a future reunion. Maybe (definitely) I'm a faggot and I'm reading too far into it, but Ant's odd about face on Opie is strange.
