Unless their "plan" is just that they give a salary and also give a percentage of new subscription money to the person as well so it COULD mean more money but it could also mean nothing if more people don't subscribe and they just assume that they'll get a ton of more subscribers.
Honestly they would get a fucking shitload of subscribers, I really belive that if made right they could all thrive very well, but it will never happen.
