Do Jimmy & Opie still have the same agent? How does Opie not sue that guy for malpractice due to conflicting interests interfering with his ability to protect both clients?
What is Eatman supposed to do? It's up to Opie to take SiriusXM's offer and sign his contract. If the story is true that Opie has been offered significantly less this time around, then he has nobody to blame but himself for driving listeners away with dogshit radio for two solid years. An agent can only do so much, after all.
Opie can't sue him for shit.. if he doesn't like the way his agent is representing him he can fire him. Opie isn't a hostage to his agent. His agent did nothing wrong (as far as we know so far).
