I don't do this myself because I just wait for things to be uploaded online, but I've read around here that you can just make a dummy e-mail account and sign up for a free trial.
If that doesn't work, you can grab your container of coffee, your hardhat and your boots and get out there and earn a coupl'a bucks. Ehhh but what do I know, I juat keep my nose to the grindstone and mind my business.
