You'll have to be clearer, this could be about anything. How did it hint at Jimmy leaving the show? I don't remember that being posted here and I come here far more than I should.

This deluded, irrelevant dolt actually believes that the eyes of the media are fixated on his twitter and that one of his dismal vagaries will eventually serve as the basis for a arts & leisure headline.

Jesus christ. Opie pulling the ol "senior in high school" route of insults. That's pretty good "Pal", didn't think it could get worse "Chief". Lousy faggot. I hope his wife leaves him with the kids and pulls a Yates.

I think it's funny that Opie is so inconsequential that he could get quoted by a major political candidate and not even bother being quoted, even when he rages on twitter in protest.

There's one up now where he says he explains his status in a video. It was 6+ minutes of ocean. I skipped through and never heard anything.

jimmy will never leave, he knows it is the most money hes ever made and the last steady paycheck hell ever earn. don't ever overestimate him, he is a squirming little slimy whore, through and through

Let's be honest about Opie: All he's wanted was total control of his show, even if it comes at the expense of the people who built his show for him. We know that if he continues he'll throw Jimmy under the bus so that Jimmy is off the show and likely blackballed at Sirius. He did the same thing with Anthony. How do we know this? Simple.

Opie has held to the story that it was "time for the O&A show to end" even though nobody really thought that way aside from Opie. Opie himself even admitted that he didn't say that to anybody, and the reason is simple: Opie knew that if they split the show, the staff could choose who to work for, and being the guy who was known for abusing the staff, giving out their phone numbers on the air, embarrassing them time and time again, and generally throwing them under the bus after acting like their pal, Opie knew they wouldn't choose to work for him again unless they were making a ton more money, which would only happen if Opie dug into his own pocket. Meanwhile, Ant was a lot of fun to work with and would likely have a lot of the staff follow him, so when Ant got fired, Opie went wide-eyed. That was his chance. With Ant gone, Opie knew he could continue the show with the logic of "stay with the guy who has the gig" keeping his staff around. Now they depended solely on Opie: one of their two bosses was gone, and Jimmy wasn't stepping into Ant's role out of respect. As such, Opie could begin to exile anyone who didn't agree with him, hence Sam getting a 9 to midnight show.

So how does this relate to Jimmy? It's simple: Jimmy has fought Opie on various points and doesn't let Opie get away with taking shots at him. Jimmy can also hit back hard, so when Opie pulls his shit, he gets hit back hard. Opie doesn't like getting hit by Jimmy: Opie likes to dish out the hits without taking any in return and Jimmy doesn't play by that rule. Opie will go behind the scenes, tell Sirius that he wants to undergo a career change, and he will let Jimmy go because he's "making a new show" while keeping other members of his old staff.

Someone else on here said it best: "Opie hates anything remotely related to O&A and is slowly weeding out the former remnants of his past."

No one outside of this sub knows who Opie is or was. ..

He was on that TBS show once, and Joe Rogan Podcast.

Plenty of people know the cake stomp video.
