It would have to be Brother Joe because unlike Anthony or Amy he has never accomplished anything. Amy has a successful stand up and acting career. Anthony was a successful radio host on one of the biggest radio shows of all time.
On the other hand we have Brother Joe. A man who makes a living off of his younger brother and cover bands. Brother Joe is basically a walking stereotype of a black person. He lives off of Anthony(government) has a history of criminal behavior and tries to make a living off music(rap).
Have to say brother Joe, because at least Amy is funny to stupid clams. Joe is just a "should have been a construction worker". No disrespect to blue collar hard workers. But you know what i am saying.
