I've disliked him since his SNL days where he'd ruin sketches by laughing. I truly never understood his career trajectory. He should have been forgotten 15 years ago.
I don't really dislike Fallon but his show is nearly unwatchable. The whole thing just panders so hard to Hollywood and it is all just safe comedy trying to make celebs likable/relatable.
I think it's pandering hard to the social media aspect too, knowing every clip from the show will be put online and get a ton of views. Letterman could be hilariously brutal, but that doesn't get shared as much as playing ping pong with a celeb will, plus viewed by a huge span of age ranges.
It's the perfect strategy really, guests have laid-back softball question fun, they get tons of ads out over social media and their website, the host is having fun and easier to get along with, etc. It's the polar opposite of O+A.
It doesn't mean I'm going to watch it, but Fallon has probably one of the best entertainment jobs in the industry and makes an insane amount of money doing it, I can't hate on him much for being a kiss-ass or doing goofy bits.
He does have talents but none that I'd want to see. This is what happens when you have a skit actor take the place of a standup. He sucked at most skits anyway. He's like the Keanu Reeves of comedic skit acting. He's only on the air because he focus tests well with women.
Why don't people do supercuts of those fucking audiences? They are the worst people you could possibly ever want to be in the room with. woOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooOOOOOO
I would fire him if he worked for me but feel really bad about it because he seems like a really good normal guy outside of the workplace. But if he cant pull it together enough to not laugh throughout a whole sketch ( they all do here and there, its fine when its rare and understandable) or get fucked up to the point of having injury after injury that messes with your even higher paying job than the high paying one you laughed through... well your an amateur not a professional.
People like his energy/personality, and his ability to keep the show light and lively. He isn't very funny, and most of the games they play seem to exist to fulfill his whimsy. Most talk shows, his included, are fake, rehearsed garbage passed off as genuine. Even Conan sucks these days.
Conan is funny and has been funny fallon not so much, but he does gave good taste in music ill give him that much, ive actually had two people in that video at one or my dj nights fallon and chappele. Dave just didn't like what i played though so i ended up just letting him play songs off his phone

I don't get the love this guy gets.

It's because the species of which you are a member is incredibly pathetic and they'd rather give more love to a tv host than their own children

I would hope no one here does. But Seth Myers is worse.

Seth Myers is a slightly snarkier CNN panelist, not funny whatsoever.

No sir I don't like this disingenuous striving douche one bit

My favorite is when he's "laughing" his balls off at something the guest said and at the same time not one person in the audience is laughing

His guest worship and laugh stink, but he can be funny, an isnt a quarter the faggot that Seth Meyers and James Corden are.

I would rather give Lady Di a sponge bath than watch anything this dude is involved in. Well, he was good in Band of Brothers.

This makes him look like he actually might be a little but on the spectrum

I don't hate the guy but it's such a feminine way to act for a straight dude. I think it's naturally off-putting to anyone.

I don't know why people like this shitbag, he is not funny and known treat his co-workers and staff like shit
1 sink_tinkler 2016-09-20
He laughs like a nigger.
1 Lil_Teddy_Sheckler 2016-09-20
I'm waiting for him to, one day, say "nigga you stupid." "stupid" For the life of me I'll never fuckin understand that

Sadly, yes.

Maybe his genuine laugh sounds really fake. People have all kinds of weird laughs, I'll accept that possibility, however remote.
But why the fucking clapping?
-1 JohnQNo1 2016-09-20
He is such a tool.
-4 pabbseven 2016-09-20
I think hes a pretty funny dude. This clip was awful ofcourse but every now and then I check his videos on youtube, only his and conans.
Either hes committed to the fake laugh bit or he just is like that, either way I dont think hes that bad.
