Not sure if you're into Hip-hop (Not rap), but the fat black dude who ended up being in the Gorillaz blew my mind around that same time with his album Deltron 3030. He raps intelligently, using adult words about nerdy shit like robots and the future. While on acid it's mind blowing, but I still can listen to it.
