Vic Henley looks like an old queen that owns the strip club but pays the dancers to hang out with him outside of work.
Pete and Colin are the dancers, Jim is the straight security guy who hates his life, and Opie is the clueless dope that just goes to the club for a grapefruit beer one in a while.
As our resident faggot I want to let you know that, with those bodies, the only way that Pete or Colin would be stripping is if they were fucking Vic better than the other dancers. I don't think that either could pull off the sensual, raunchy, hot combination necessary to satisfy Vic so well that he wouldn't be embarrassed that the gay strip club he owns has kinda chubby strippers. Vic likes to work the crowd and smile, the negative feedback about Pete and Colin's bodies would be too difficult for Vic to handle...
