Hey Fellas.. I don't want to sound like an Extreme Eddy with my views here, but I'm starting to think comedians are perhaps not the best people to look to for guidance.

It seems as if many of them are emotionally unstable and hold but a tenuous grasp on reality. So I'm now looking for someone else after whom I can model my opinions. Any suggestions?

Well yeah, comedians live a different life than us civilians. We really can't even comprehend the intricacies of their line of work so we can't try to model ourselves after them.
I dream of a world where the human race lives in harmony as all comedians do now.
