Lovitz had falsely told comedians Kevin Smith and Ralph Garmanthey hadn’t been paid because Kelley had taken their money and embezzled from the club, Kelley claimed, and he'd defamed Kelley to others by calling him a poor manager and blaming him for the club’s financial problems.
I love it when people go on Marc Maron and moralize about misogyny and he just nods there sympathetically. It wasn't that long ago that he was sending his ex wife harassing emails calling her a "sociopath" etc, and did an entire one man show about her.
