I made the same mistake a bunch. Put the Youtube link in the URL portion of a link post, and then type the header in the other portion. Unfortunately it doesnt let you post the link and then also a description, its one or the other. Just put the link in the description if you need to give context or whatever.
Edit: you should probably still hang yourself though
