You are pretty bad at cooking then, Cooking 1" thick pork chops take about 15 minutes to cook to medium rare (20 if you start from frozen and thaw them just enough to get the seasoning to stick)...I doubt you are stringing out fresh green beans so opening the can or throwing frozen ones in the microwave doesn't take much...
As for mashes potatoes, Cut them into quarters and throw them into the microwave for 15 minutes while your pork chops cook (Don't need to peel potatoes ya silly)...Take them out and gently mash a little milk and butter into them...
Bam ya got yourself a 30 minute or less Pork chop, Green bean & Mashed potato dinner.
I grow my own Red pontiac/Kennebec potatoes so they are pretty great prepared any way. I was just trying to give you an over all quick cooking plan for your possible meal instead of eating old Wendy's.
