This sub is so confused about what is actually entertaining. Jim and Sam both suck, Sams laugh competes with Jims tired old 'I'm a perverted gay but not gay, addict' schtick.

You're right, I listened to the first Jim and Sam show and it really was not everything people were making it out to be. Jim can still be funny but his serious discussion on any topic is moronic. His sex talk is just as embarrassing. When they were doing the wiener segment of course he has to come out with "I wonder if he is dominant or submissive?" Jesus Christ not everyone is a middle aged pervert who cannot move past sexual deviance.

Sam is still the worst not because he doesn't try but because he is a child playing grown up. If he could serve no other purpose on the show other than keeping things moving without putting his spin on anything then he would be fine. But that's not how radio works as we have seen with Opie. Sam does not know fuck all about anything. This is an adult who likes things ironically because he doesn't have any real interests. He thinks he's funny but i guarantee if you made that little creep come up with a character it would turn out to be spuds buckley 2. The only position that he as good for has disappeared. When Erock was supposed to be on a diet and then Sam would come in and say yes Erock did have a salad for lunch but he also had ten deep fried donuts for breakfast. That was what he was good for but that show is gone.
