2012 was fucking great. Also, 2007. The only real lulls in R&F are when Dave became boring/serious (late 2009-2010), and when they moved to Rawdog. Other than that it's all good.

Just keep in mind that from 2010 onwards there is a steep drop off in Fezzies already deteriorated mental health. It really begins to swamp the shows.

I still really like the WJFK/fastest hour in radio days. It's different, but enjoyable. I get a kick out of them discussing the current events of that era knowing how everything turns out.

When did Hicks really start to take over? Did it just happen gradually over time?

After Dave left and Fez went silent.

Mid 2010. Dave left and Fez rapidly declined even further down the well of insanity. Luckily there were some interesting interns at the tail end of that year, so it helped a transition from Dave and Fez being the focus, to Pepper.

Anything with earl and dave is pretty funny. But most of all I like when they talk in scenarios it's hilarious, the most interesting radio show to me
