Sam gets decent guests and probably would get better in the morning. Jim gets his pictures so that he doesn't kill himself. Sam actually responds to Jimmy's characters. It gives Sam the big "push". It moves Opie to where no one has to listen to him; and where he originally wanted to go. Jimmy still does his shows at nights.

Where would he go if he didn't sign? Anthony couldn't pay him enough to be a co-host on TACS and it seems like Jim doesn't like going on there much anyways. Every project he takes up fails. This UFC podcast is the best thing he's got going but it's only once a week or whatever. His only option would be to tour non-stop.

He'll re-sign if he's offered a contract and the only reason he's not saying it is because he knows there a decent chance Opie will not want him and instead will use Vic Henley, Sherrod, DeStefano, or a combination. The show won't be any worse than it already is a Jim knows this. Jim wants to save face if he's dumped.

Oh, he's definitely resigning. Without that gig, he's absolutely nothing. He's already struggling to fill small clubs; without the show, he might as well be working bringer nights. What's he going to replace that steady paycheck and free advertisement with, his MMA podcast? If Opie doesn't cut his pay, he's an even bigger moron than we think he is, because the worm has no leverage.

They should resign Worm, put him with Denny and Bobo, and fire Tits. That way we get rid of the hole of the show and get to listen to hours of Worm suffering daily.

The only thing the worm is undecided about is [insert weird sexual thing here]. He's re signing as long as they make an offer. He's too much of a fame whore not to and if TACS ever looked like it could be a viable option, the last 12 months have set that "network" back and it just wouldn't make sense.
