Secondly, who begins to film when they just saw their boyfriend get shot and an officer is still pointing a gun in your general direction? Filming is the last thing I'd start at that point. That leads me to believe the filming started much earlier - and that a key piece of information is missing.

I'm not saying the shooting was justified. I just think the story is too one sided right now to make a proper determination.

You're getting lost in the details. My argument is that it is odd to begin filming while being detained by the police after a shooting. I'd be terrified and would not think to do that. I'd be more concerned over my shot boyfriend and the police aiming weapons at me.

The more likely scenario is she was filming the entire stop - because many people want a record of their stops. She filmed the entire altercation and edited out the shooting for whatever reason.
