Its too bad i went with a Windows Server 2012 r2 setup, all the live streaming shit i can find is only compatable with linux servers.

You would probably know more than me about this, but would something like using a mibbit widget be feasible?
I don't know if it's possible to stream audio/video within the same page as the IRC room (not a web designer and I've never seen anyone do that).
