I don't enjoy Norm MacDonald

I don't understand all the love he gets here. He's funny but he's not on Colin's level in my opinion, or even Burr, Louis, Attell, etc. Those of you who disagree, just give me a link of your favorite Norm content; sketches, stand up, etc.

I think the most unlikable thing about Norm is his laziness and it's what has hurt him the most in his career

Yet you made this post.

It was a clunky way of getting this sub's "best of" from Norm.

That was pretty good, I'll go back to watch the whole thing in a bit. I would probably like his podcast but something about his standup just turns me off. Then again I don't watch that much stand up so maybe I'm the problem.

I watched a bit of that when someone posted a shorter version earlier. I didn't get it. Makes a lot more since and is actually funny in the context that he's doing bad/awkward jokes on purpose.

I think Norm MacDonald is hilarious, but I'll admit that his comedy is uneven. Guys like Bill Burr are consistently funny; Norm goes to weird places and sometimes they don't work.
When I saw him at Helium in Portland a few years back, it was in my 'top 3' great shows. But 75% of the room didn't get it. For me, that actually added to the fun, it was great to see how uncomfortable he made it for everyone.
