I haven't hit the sauce, but I know a bunch of guys who did. From what I've been told, I think now that Amy has the bulk, she needs to cut down and try to go for striation and vascularity. She has too much water retention and her many Dianabol bulk cycles have dulled her receptors. She needs to take Winstrol-V now for leaner mass and de-emphasize her heavy neck and shoulder routine.

It's true, was drinking quite a lot of beer a while back and blew up. Stopped it and the weight fell off. Will have the occasional brew now and again but that stuff is liquid bread. Bourbon on the rocks for me now.

Interesting theory, but I'd think that her skin would start having a reddish hue from the breaking blood vessels or whatever. Also, extreme alcohol consumption would not explain the huge traps and large deltoids. I think she is juicing and only does shrugs and military presses.
