Matt Serra is fine in this format but Jimbo is not a good fit for this, I give it a couple months. Jim should just do a podcast by himself instead of for someone, he could be genuinely 'unfiltered' then and I think it would be more successful. Working for a brand or company is just going to cause problems eventually.

I do often find myself watching (illegally downloaded) UFC Pay Per Views and thinking "this exciting MMA action could use more cuckold jokes".

Dana White was dominating the conversation as he's known to do, I'd give it some more time

Yeah that first show was a wash. His big dumb working class Boston (or whatever it is) mouth is fucking unbearable.

Did he say some fighter is "a problem" during the podcast? Then Dana White laughed so hard that Pinkberry yogurt came out his nose? Dassabesso.

I'm looking forward to when Jim starts his HGH/test program and joins the UFC middle aged potato head club

It's not good. Jim seems really uncomfortable and out of place.
From the comments: Sounds like a fatter, balder version of Fighter and the Kid.
